Custom Polystyrene Pty Ltd trust accepts no responsibility for misuse, negligence or lack of care and safe keeping of any Custom Polystyrene products.

Polystyrene Beans are very small and have to be kept away from babies and children as it could be hazardous to young ones.

Beanbags should be kept in good condition and in a secure place. They should only be opened by an adult. Keep sharp objects and flammables including naked flame, lighters, fire places, heaters well away from beanbags and their material.

Never leave young children or babies alone unsupervised on any beanbag. Any beans left over should be disposed of after filling your beanbag. Packaging (bag) isn’t a toy and due care should be taken and the bag should be disposed of immediately.

Polystyrene Void Fill can not be used as packaging.

Delivery

Delivery fees conditions
The online Polystyrene store sheets, blocks and strips is only available for the Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas. If no one is home, your order will be left at the address supplied if its safe to do so.

Bean Bags are available Australia Wide same with the Bean Bag Filling.

Lead Times
Brisbane allow up to 5 business days.

Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Australia Wide… allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Refund Policy

At Custom Polystyrene, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction.

Product Quality Guarantee:

  • We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects and damage
  • All products are manufactured to precise specifications with a tolerance of ±2mm
  • Products must be inspected upon delivery and any issues reported promptly

Returns are accepted when:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product measurements are outside our stated tolerance (±2mm)
  • The product received differs from what was ordered

Please note:

  • Products made to custom specifications cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Claims must be supported with photographic evidence of the issue
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition
  • Return shipping costs may apply

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Our team will assess your claim and provide further instructions
